Use this form to notify the University of changes in leadership within your organization. Each group must have at least one undergraduate treasurer and one undergraduate president. One person cannot simultaneously hold both positions.

New Organizations

Once your group has been given official recognition from the Student Group Recognition Committee*, you will schedule a meeting with ODUS to go over policies and procedures and to register your group email address, website and account number, as well as supply officer contact information through this form.
