David Kim, leader of evangelical fellowship, preaches at ECP serviceFebruary 27, 2005 - The Rev. David Kim, Director of Princeton's Manna Christian Fellowship, was the guest preacher at the ECP Sunday night service tonight. Kim, ordained in the Presbyterian Church of America, began his sermon by warning his friends from Manna who were in attendance that they were about to see him do something they had never seen before, namely, give a brief sermon. This was the first time a leader of one of Princeton's evangelical fellowships had preached at an ECP service in recent memory. Steve White, ECP's chaplain, said in his welcoming remarks during the announcements that various Christian groups often focus only on those things which separate us and about which we disagree rather than on the truly important things that we share in common. David's sermon was very well received and his presence was an occasion of real reconciliation between Manna and ECP. The Windsor ReportGo here for the report or here for a good summary.
