Registration Information
With generous sponsorship provided by Princeton University affiliates, we are proud to present the UDesign conference completely free of charge for all conference attendees. For non-Princeton registrants, we will provide complimentary lunch and dinner passes. Princeton registrants will use their existing University meal plans.
Attendees are solely responsible for the costs of transportation to and from the conference, as well as any and all costs associated with housing. We ask that non-Princeton registrants please indicate travel arrangements as specifically as possible so that we can make appropriate arrangements. If you do not provide concrete travel plans, your registration will not be processed.
As conference spots will fill quickly, and we would like to accommodate as many participants as possible, we'd ask that you register only if you are certain that you will attend.
Because of the limited space available, we can only accept a maximum of four registrants from each participating guest institution, and sixty Princeton students. Conference reservations are on a first-come, first serve basis, and we reserve the right to refuse any registrants. February 10th is the registration deadline for non-Princeton registrants, and February 20th is the deadline for Princeton registrants.
