TASA VP, ‘03 Rep, Webmaestro.
I spent a year after graduation at NEC Labs designing next generation high speed ethernet products and algorithms. I’m currently at University of California, San Diego in the middle of the coursework portion of my Ph.D. degree in Electrical Engineering/Bioengineering. My research will be in this relatively new field called biophotonics, where we use photons (lasers) to manipulate cellular properties down to the molecular level. Tentatively, my research will include cancer imaging and/or drug delivery systems. And there are a lot of hot fobs out here. I love fobs!
