Welcome Sophomores!

Welcome Sophomores!

We have a wide range of events planned in January meant to give you an opportunity to learn more about the club, its atmosphere, and its members. Regardless of your plans for Bicker/Sign-In, we encourage you to come out to our events, enjoy yourself, and learn more about our club and what it has to offer.

You must sign up on our guest list to be admitted to Bicker parties, events, and dinners. We hope to see you out at our Sophomore events and in February when Bicker begins!

Sincerely,
Tower Bicker Committee

So, Why Tower?

Every club will tell you that it’s the members who make the club. But we like to think that’s especially true at Tower, where we are really concerned with only one thing: the quality of our membership. Sure, we like the fact that we just did a sweet addition to our dining room, that we have two new X-Box systems and a whole load of games, and that our chefs (and, of course, our food!) are far and away the best on the Street. But all that is meaningless without a membership that is passionate, intelligent, and always ready to have a great time.

It’s hard to stereotype Tower. We’ve got a mix of members with a range of interests, from a capella to ROTC, English to Engineering. But there is one constant: all our members, regardless of extracurricular or academic interests, come together at Tower to enjoy each other’s company. Whether it’s a long dinner discussion, watching random music videos in the computer cluster, or hanging out in the game room on a Thursday night, our members spend time at Tower to be with people who make their time at Princeton more rewarding. We have an awesome time at Tower, and we invite you to come do the same and see what we’re all about.

We think you’ll like it here.

Tradition. Loyalty. Family.

William Shakespeare once wrote that "small cheer and great welcome makes a merry feast," and here at Tower Club, we believe the same holds for eating clubs. Our positive Bicker process and continued commitment to our members, help to exemplify that which has made Tower a home away from home for over a century: an emphasis on relationships and a commitment to the belief that it is the individuals, and not the clubhouse, which make a club great place to spend the next two years of the best time of your life. At Tower, we would like to provide an opportunity for you to join us at the table as part of our club, and part of our family.

Something for Everyone

Tower is pleased to offer a whole variety of weekly events geared exclusively to members, from study breaks and movie nights in our TV room to members-only bottled drink nights and club-wide community service opportunities through our Tower Serves program. In addition to our weekly events, Members enjoy several Formal and Semi-Formal events scheduled throughout the semester including the Masquerade Ball, Casino Night, and more. If you need a break from the fun, our library, computer cluster, and recently renovated living room provide comfortable spaces to relax, talk with friends, or pursue your studies. In every room and on every day of the week, we hope above all that you will experience our members' passionate commitment to each other and to the Tower family; it is this love that makes this building into the greatest club on the Street.

Dining at its Best

We are proud to offer members a menu of culinary delights that was given the highest rating possible in the Daily Princetonian's annual eating club review. The vibrant social atmosphere of our dining room has been greatly enhanced by the recent completion of our quarter million dollar Centennial Room, and you can almost always find someone grabbing a snack at our sandwich and salad bars, which are open all day. Prepared by a kitchen staff whose skill and class are matched only by their love of their members, Tower is unmatched in its claim to have the best food on the Street.

Selection Process

Sophomore members are chosen annually by the current membership, through a process known as 'Bicker'. While 'Bicker' takes on various shapes and forms among the selective clubs on the street, at Tower, we take pride in our commitment to making it a positive experience for all participants regardless of whether they are chosen for membership.

Come out and see what it really means to be "True Blue".

"Tower Club membership has done many a good turn for many a Princeton man. The association lives throughout life. It creates a generous fund of intimate social influences second only in value to those of Princeton as a whole. "
